Changing exhibits are featured throughout the year and the Museum Store carries many unusual gifts and souvenirs. Visitors can stroll the lovely Japanese Garden (featuring two waterfalls cascading over rocks into a pool) or you simply enjoy the benches and absorb the tranquility of the pond while gazing at the unique Atlanta skyline.

The Carter Center (453 Freedom Parkway adjacent to the complex) in partnership with Emory University is guided by a fundamental commitment to human rights, peace by bringing warring parties to the negotiating table, building hope, and safeguarding human rights.
